Michael Williams has a long career in human resources management and employment services. With over 30 years of experience in business development, job placement, office administration, and staffing services, he has provided job opportunities for more than 20,000 residents in the Tri-State area. Dr. Williams has helped organizations development business concepts, conflict resolutions methods, and new marketing strategies to build partnerships in both the public and private sectors.
As an entrepreneur, Dr. Williams has founded City Corporate Staffing LLC to provide employment opportunities to individuals. He is also the founder of Worldwide Basketball Association, which has provided mentorship programs and sporting events for low-income youth. He has focused mainly on building networks with business management, through establishment of best practices and professional development initiatives. Areas of expertise include workforce training, employee engagement, conflict resolution, and career coaching. Since 2017, Dr. Williams has also served as Adjunct Professor at John Jay College of Criminal Justice where he worked closely with students to develop greater understanding of human resource management, public policy, and public administration.
