At Helping Hearts Heal Inc., our commitment to nurturing New York City youths through our program, Chosen, is fortified by over four decades of collective experience within our team of facilitators. Beyond offering a sanctuary, we provide a transformative haven rooted in a holistic approach encompassing emotional, physical, and educational support for these youths. Our facilitators, drawing upon their extensive expertise, deliver personalized mentorship that transcends guidance — it's a profound investment in empowering these youths with crucial life skills and values. This wealth of experience ensures that every interaction is informed, compassionate, and tailored to foster resilience, responsibility, and fulfillment. Our legacy isn't just about providing shelter; it's about instilling a deep sense of belonging, purpose, and self-worth, igniting the potential within each NYC youth and propelling them toward a promising, self-directed future.
